Terms & Conditions

• "Platform" — The AMB Focus website, mobile application, and related systems operated by Amb-web.
• "User" / "Student" — Any person who registers for or uses the Platform.
• "Content" — Lectures, PDFs, recalls, assessments, videos, discussion posts, and other educational materials.
• "Programs" — AMC preparation offerings (Programs A–E) and admin-published courses on the Platform.
• "We" / "Us" — AMB Focus (Amb-web) and its authorised instructors and administrators.

By creating an account, enrolling in a program, making a payment, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. You represent that information provided during registration is accurate and that you will maintain its accuracy. The Platform provides educational preparation only; it does not guarantee examination results, licensure, or employment outcomes.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity under your account
• Notifying us promptly of unauthorised access
• Using one account per individual unless we approve otherwise

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, share login credentials, scrape content, or abuse other users or staff.

An online educational platform providing AMC MCQ preparation, structured courses, video lectures, learning materials, assessments, recall practice, discussion groups, certificates of progress where applicable, and instructor-led support.

Access to specific programs, live sessions, recalls, and materials is granted after enrolment confirmation and payment clearance. Schedules, syllabi, and instructors may change with reasonable notice. Recordings and materials are for personal study only unless we grant written permission otherwise.

The Platform is not a substitute for official Australian Medical Council examination rules, medical licensing advice, or clinical practice standards. Content is aligned with guidelines available at the time of publication; you remain responsible for verifying current exam requirements.

Fees for programs and courses are displayed on the Platform (often in USD). Payments may be processed through Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, or other gateways we enable. By paying, you authorise the processor to charge the stated amount plus applicable taxes or conversion fees.

Enrolment may require manual confirmation by our team after payment verification. Access dates and personalised study schedules are communicated via email or in-app Support. Program fees may be quoted in USD; INR and other currencies may be charged via supported payment gateways.

Refunds are governed exclusively by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, record, or resell Platform content without permission
• Share account access or sell recall materials to third parties
• Harass, defame, or threaten other users or staff in discussions or support
• Upload malware, spam, or unlawful material
• Attempt to bypass security, access other users' data, or reverse engineer the app
• Misrepresent identity or impersonate instructors or AMB Focus
• Use the Platform for any purpose other than personal educational preparation

All Platform content, trademarks, logos, and software are owned by AMB Focus, Amb-web, or licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access content for personal study during your active enrolment. User-generated discussion content remains yours, but you grant us a licence to host and display it on the Platform.

THE PLATFORM AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMB FOCUS AND ITS OFFICERS, INSTRUCTORS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR EXAMINATION OUTCOMES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud, or legal requirements. Provisions that by nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to dispute resolution below, courts in courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact drankushankush6@gmail.com and allow thirty (30) days to resolve the dispute informally. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation in India before litigation, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMB Focus from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
