1. Overview
This policy applies to purchases made on AMB Focus (Amb-web) for AMC preparation programs (Programs A–E), published courses, and related educational services on our website and mobile app. By completing a payment, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions.
Because many programs include live Zoom sessions, recall content, and personalised schedules, refund eligibility depends on whether access has been activated and how much of the service has been consumed.
2. Order cancellation
Before access is activated: If you cancel within 48 hours of payment and your course or program access has not been activated by our team, you may request a full refund minus payment gateway charges where non-refundable by the processor.
After access is activated: Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Standard refund rules in Section 5 apply.
To cancel an pending order, email drankushankush6@gmail.com with your registered email, program name, and payment reference.
3. Service cancellation by us
We may cancel or reschedule live classes, recall sessions, or programs due to instructor illness, technical failure, or force majeure. In such cases we will offer:
- Rescheduled sessions or extended access where feasible, or
- A pro-rata refund or credit for the affected portion if rescheduling is not possible
We are not liable for indirect costs (travel, exam fees, etc.) arising from rescheduled sessions.
4. Program access periods
Programs are sold for defined periods (e.g. 3-month complete course, exam-week daily recall, or recall library tiers of 1–12 months). These are time-bound educational access, not auto-renewing subscriptions unless explicitly stated. Access ends when the stated period expires or when you clear your exam for programs that include "until you clear" terms, as described on the program page.
Early voluntary withdrawal does not extend access or guarantee partial refunds unless approved under this policy.

Content "accessed" includes viewed lectures, opened PDFs, participated recall sessions, or submitted assessments tied to the program.
6. Non-refundable services
- Completed exam-week recall days already delivered
- Downloaded or extensively accessed recall banks (Program E after use)
- Third-party payment processor fees where non-refundable
- Promotional or heavily discounted bundles marked "non-refundable" at purchase
- Accounts terminated for terms violations or content piracy
- Change of mind after substantial use of materials or live attendance

Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Razorpay, Stripe, and PayPal each have their own settlement timelines.
8. Payment gateway processing delays
Delays caused by banks, card networks, PayPal, Razorpay, or Stripe are outside our direct control. If a refund is approved but not received after 14 business days, contact us with your transaction ID and we will trace the payment with the processor.
9. Exceptional circumstances
We may grant exceptions for documented medical emergencies, bereavement, or official exam cancellation by the AMC. Supporting documentation may be required. Exceptional refunds are at management discretion and do not set a precedent for future requests.

- Full name and registered email
- Program or course name
- Payment date, amount, and transaction/reference ID
- Reason for cancellation
- Screenshots or receipts if available
